A new theme maker for geeklog 1.7.0 -- ProfessionalCCS Theme use HTML 4.01 Transitional+CSS 2.0 and eliminate table tags. Design is based on the well know professional theme. If JavaScript is enabled, body class item is changed by Geeklog layout culumn. So we can set multi culumn layout. If JavaScript is not enabled, body class item is fixed as 3 culumn layout.
